In my professional life I have been and am a personal trainer and strength coach for more than 20 years. I have owned a personal training studio for more that 8 years, and moved on to own 4 large health clubs. I currently own one with my wife. I have been an instructor for years for a company called World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) which has a certified personal training class at the college level. I estimate my personal training and coaching hours are in excess of 32,000 billable hours.
