Maria S.

I was born in Russia and moved to the U.S.A. to get my Master's degree in TESOL and PhD in English (American Literature). I have been teaching and tutoring since 1999. I am genuinely interested in the success of my students, and tutoring gives me an opportunity to see them grow in a short time. I am patient; I provide focused and clear feedback, and I frequently model the desired work for students. Patience; focused and clear comments; modeling; genuine interest in students' success.
