I have been involved with web design for over 15 years. Many methods or tools have evolved over these past years, making certain routine task simplified. Whenever any of my associates has trouble with anything that involves computers, they always call me. From basic setup and installation to more complex issues. I started using computers in 1973 when I was trained in the USAF. From technical understanding to knowing what tools are required to accomplish the task is an education in itself.
