Having a teen son with Asperger's Syndrome I have learned various ways to tutor. Understanding a child's learning style and teaching in that manner, even if it is ""outside of the norm"", allows children to grasp different concepts at their own level. Also, it teaches the child how to process in various ways, allowing them to find the method that is best suited for any future school or life challenges. I have an Associates degree from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in Psychology.
