Nicole K.

I'm Nicole! I work with high school and college students on interviews, internships, resumes, and career direction. I am a recent and former SVP at Goldman Sachs and Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, where I built new teams from scratch and designed the recruiting and hiring funnel, working closely with recruiters and internship programs to hire and mentor early-career professionals. I understand what makes a candidate stand out and how recruiting decisions are actually made.
